On the evening of Tuesday, September 1, 2020, the session on endowment, which was entitled (Endowment between Past and Present), was concluded by Mr. Ahmed Al-Saqqaf – a specialist in Islamic endowment affairs.

The course started on Monday, August 31, 2020, and lasted for two days, from 11 am to 1:30 pm.

The trainer dealt with several axes such as (diversity in the jurisprudence of endowment), as well as (old and modern problems in endowments) and (methods of establishing endowments) and also touched on the characteristics of successful endowment projects, and concluded the course axes on how to establish endowments and the appropriate places for them.

The number of participants in the session reached 20 people, and there was a great interaction by the attendees as they discussed, reported and benefited. The session concluded with a discussion of proposals to solve the old endowment problems by forming a committee to follow up the endowment documents and manuscripts in Hadramout and try to address the endowment problems in coordination with the Endowment Office in Tarim.
